Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund Eligibility

• The request for a refund must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date.
• A proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt, is required.
• Refunds are not applicable to certain non-refundable items, such as downloadable software or gift cards. Please check the product description for details.

Refund Process

2. Our team will review your request and notify you of the eligibility status within 2 business days.
3. If your refund request is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the item.
4. We will process your refund within 7 business days.
5. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. If the purchase date is within 2-3 days, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. However, if the purchase has already been more than 3 days, then you will need to follow our returns and refunds policy mentioned above.

Additional non-returnable items:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

• Book with obvious signs of use
• CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
• Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
